Johnson
Thread-View™ System
Features
The Johnson Thread-View™ Vision
Inspection System has redefined the state-of-the-art
in thread inspection technology, offering
a vast set of features not available in any
other
thread measurement system.
Thread Measurement Characteristics
Unlike micrometers or optical comparators,
this revolutionary system is capable of measuring
and recording a diverse range of thread characteristics
for
both thread gages and
threaded products. In one two minute
cycle, the Johnson Thread-View™ will
measure and record:
- major diameter (full form and truncated)
- minor diameter
- pitch diameter
- root radius ("J" series
threads)
|
- leading and trailing angles
- included angle
- lead
- lead over several threads
|

Easy-To-Use, PC-Based
User Interface
Whether measuring a thread
gage or threaded
product, the operator simply
answers a few questions so the system knows
what min and max tolerance limits to compare
against the actual measured values.

PC-based user interface, please view
